• How long do the eyelash extensions last?

  • It depends on a handful of variables, but in general we recommend coming in every 2-3 weeks to keep your lashes looking gorgeous!

• Can I get them wet?

  • We recommend waiting at least 24 hours after your appointment before getting your lashes wet.

• It’s my first time getting eyelash extensions. What kind do you recommend?

  • If you’re looking for a more natural look, the Classic set is a great place to start.

• How often should I book my eyelash fill appointments?

  • We recommend 2-3 weeks.

• If I want my extensions to last as long as possible, how can I best take care of them?

  • Great question! to ensure your lashes stay as healthy as possible and look great in between your fill sessions, we recommend following these instructions:

    • Avoid getting your lashes wet for at least 24 hours after the appointment.

    • Use oil-free makeup remover.

    • Use a q-tip or a makeup removing wipe wrapped around your finger to carefully remove eye makeup.

    • Avoid using an eyelash curler.

    • Avoid direct heat around your lashes.

    • If you’d like to remove your lashes, please make an appointment so we can remove them safely & without harming your natural lashes.

How long does each appointment take?

Depending on which set you choose, and what condition your eyelashes are in when you arrive, it can take anywhere from 1-2 hours.

Will eyelash extensions damage my natural lashes?

As long as you take care of them, they shouldn’t harm your lashes. To the contrary, our method will help encourage natural growth, and we’ll never apply extensions that are too heavy for your natural lashes. If I can’t make my appointment, can I cancel?

If you’re unable to make it to your appointment, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.
